For land buyers & investors — exclusive seller leads
We run consent-first land-seller funnels in all 50 states (and Puerto Rico). The model, built the legal way:
- $15 flat per delivered lead — never a commission, never contingent on closing.
- Your company is named on the consent line the seller authorizes at capture — documented, verbatim consent (timestamp, IP, exact text shown).
