What does it cost?
Nothing up front. When a booking pays out we deduct a 7.5% Isla Tech service fee. Channel bookings also carry that channel's own commission (typically around 15% — set by the channel, passed through at cost). Direct bookings through our island network skip the channel commission entirely. No subscriptions, no hidden charges, no contracts.
Do I keep my Airbnb listing?
Yes — your Airbnb listing, account and reviews stay 100% yours. We mirror the listing outward by hand and pull every channel's calendar into one view. Bookings don't jump channel to channel on their own — block the dates once in the portal and that block goes out on your export feed, which each channel picks up on its own refresh schedule.
How do payouts work?
Each channel pays you the way it already pays you today. For bookings we handle directly, the operators send your payout after check-in with fees already deducted — one simple statement per booking, and what you get is what you keep. Automatic bank payouts aren't live yet.
Who answers my guests?
The AI concierge handles the around-the-clock questions — directions, check-in help, local recommendations — from your own listing details and policies. It's built on the same concierge that runs guest chat for our own island business today. It answers and quotes; it can't take a booking or a refund. Every conversation is logged for the operators to pick up. A unified host inbox is on the way.
Is this software or a managed service?
Both. The software runs the calendar sync, the host portal and the AI concierge. The channel listings themselves are set up and kept current by hand. The people who built it — and run their own Puerto Rico rental business on it — run it with you. You talk to an operator, not a ticket queue.
Where do you operate?
Puerto Rico first — Culebra and Vieques are home turf, and the founding-host program starts there. If you host elsewhere in PR, apply anyway; the stack travels.
